Ingredients:
- 1.2 kg Beef roast
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Black pepper
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp Dried thyme
- ¼ cup chopped Carrots
- ¼ cup chopped Celery stalks
- 2 Tbsp Plain flour
- 750 ml Beef stock
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2: Prepare the Beef Roast
- Pat the beef roast dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle 1 Tbsp oil over the roast.
