Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground chicken

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup grated onion

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 egg

- Olive oil, for cooking


For the Tzatziki Sauce:

- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

- Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped mint, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.

5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

6. Serve the Greek chicken meatballs hot, with the tzatziki sauce on the side for dipping.
