- 500g frozen peas

- Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:

1. Heat a pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drizzle with olive oil and brown the diced chuck steak pieces in batches. Set aside.

2. In the same pot, add 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, chopped onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in tomato paste and cook for an additional minute.

3. Deglaze the pot with dry white wine, allowing the alcohol to cook off. Return the browned meat to the pot and pour in tomato passata and water.

4. Add chopped dill, bay leaves, dry oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
